Comfortable Stay with a Touch of Kindness

I appreciated the warm hospitality shown by the staff, especially the night shift, who went out of their way to make Thanksgiving special with a generous feast. Rooms had a cozy feel but needed a bit more attention to cleanliness. Don't forget to grab breakfast early, as options are limited.

Charged double the quoted rate with a rude reception upon check-in. Friends visiting after a hospital procedure were interrogated by the front desk, which added undue embarrassment to an already stressful situation. Breakfast was decent, but the overall experience left much to be desired, making future stays unlikely.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty spacious and had decent comfort. The beds were clean and made for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was okay but could use some updates. Location-wise, super convenient with nearby shops and restaurants. Just a couple of noisy neighbors made it a bit distracting at night.

Not a great experience

Checked in and it felt off. Two out of four lights worked in my room, leaving it super dim. The front desk lady said maintenance was gone and wouldn't help with extra towels, only three for four guests! The pool towels were tiny too, and it just felt like no one cared. Dining was decent, but overall not too impressed.

Would recommend for a weekend stopover

I loved my stay with a cozy king room and a lovely indoor pool! The breakfast featuring waffles was such a good surprise and made mornings so much sweeter. Plus, the shuttle service was super convenient. It took us straight to a nearby event without any hassle!

The jacuzzi was dirty, but the room had great amenities.

Had a great time with friends! We hit up the Ameristar Casino and caught a movie at the local cinema. The location was key for us. easy access to fun spots. Just a heads up, the rooms could use some updates but served our needs just fine.

My room had a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting. We tried to enjoy everything else, but that was noticeable.

The staff were friendly and helped with changing rooms, but the overall cleanliness was disappointing. There were stained linens and a strong odor in the second room. While features like a hot shower were nice, the neglected state of the hotel made for a regrettable experience.
